We didn't set out to build just another café. We wanted a place that feels like home — but tastes like an adventure.

La Eloteria grew from a simple idea: bring the bold, vibrant flavors of Mexican street food into a space where people actually want to linger. Our drinks are inspired by the elote stands you'd find along the border — smoky, creamy, with a kick — reimagined for the café and cocktail crowd.
